| Yeah except that Bridget Harkness first appeared in Guilty Gear XX which was released in 2002 and the Original manga for Chrono Crusade was released in 1998 (the same year as the original Guilty Gear game), but nice try.
That being said, Chrono Cursade was a very nice manga I particularly liked the fact that while they did have the magical mcguffin (the watch) it's existence was well written into the story. Turning it from a simple plot device into something that played its own part in the story.
The villain remaining mysterious until later in the series was also a good decision by the creator, Daisuke Moriyama, as I feel that it made the reveal that much more satisfying. The small hints around the villian throughout the series did little to spoil but gave a clear picture of where the story was headed. The story itself evolved quite nicely, the characters having to deal with their personal traumas and learning about, and coming to terms with, their own pasts.

| I also LOVE the ending it was so fucking sad but it had a certain satisfaction. And the anime with a actual soundtrack and voice acting. If you don't tear up at that you have no soul | |

| Yes. I know your taste in manga is quite odd. I will have to give this a look through at the very least. | |

| I loved this manga, partially because the end was so depressing, I like tragic stuff. It's been a couple years since I've read this manga, so I don't remember a lot about the mentoring priest, so I guess his personality wasn't powerful enough for me to leave that big of an impression like some of the other characters did. Maybe I'm due for a reread of this series. | |
